Packaging Process:

For each package, I use multi-layered packaging to maximize protection of the items:

1. First protective layer: Synthetic padding or paper to prevent contact between the item and the lamp.
2. Second layer: Bubble wrap for additional cushioning.
3. Third layer: Packing paper to help maintain the integrity of the packaging.
4. Gift Packaging:

• • A sturdy gift box to ensure the safety of the item.
  • Eco-friendly filler to keep the item securely in place inside the box.
  • Packing paper neatly arranged inside the box for extra protection.

5. Individual Protection for Each LED Lamp:

• • Each lamp is packed separately.
  • Additional bubble wrap for enhanced protection.

6. Decorative Details:

• • Packing paper and ribbon used for decorating the gift box.

7. External Packaging:

• • A postal box providing protection during transport.
  • Kraft paper securing the gift box inside the postal packaging.

8. Final Stage: Secure sealing of the postal box.

After completing all these stages, the items are fully prepared for shipping.

Shipping and Delivery Times:

All orders are shipped from Poland via Poczta Polska (regular mail). Orders that are ready for dispatch are typically sent within 5 business days. Delivery may take up to 21 business days depending on the destination country. Shipments can be tracked on the website: www.poczta-polska.pl.

Role of the Intermediary:

I act as an intermediary in the shipping process and do not profit from it. As each country has its own customs procedures, I cannot guarantee precise delivery times. The arrival time of the package will depend on your country’s customs procedures. If you have any questions, please contact me—I am always ready to help.

Customs Fees:

For orders shipped outside of Europe, all customs fees, taxes, and other additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer. I cannot influence potential delays at customs or brokerage fees that may arise in your country.

Returns and Exchanges:

Once the package is handed over to the postal service, I am not responsible for any potential loss or damage. However, if such a situation arises, please contact me. Also, please note that ceramic items require careful handling as they are fragile. Care instructions will be included in the package and can also be requested by email. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, email mail.alsemenova@gmail.com to discuss the possibility of a return or exchange. However, please note that custom-made items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Custom Orders:

For custom items, production may take between 2 to 8 weeks. This is because such items are handmade and unique. Please carefully review the item description before placing your order, as some items may be made as one-of-a-kind pieces.

Uniqueness of Items:

All items are handcrafted, making each one unique and possibly differing slightly from the photographs. Each piece is meticulously created and hand-painted by designer Alexandra Semenova, and I guarantee the uniqueness of each item. All sales are final.
